"I’d highly recommend Big Apple Renovators! Such a phenomenal experience. My home in Astoria was experiencing leaks the last couple years, and I’ve tried 3 other contractors that sold me on repairs. It seemed great at the time because it wasn’t a lot of money for them, but I’ve realized after that I was wasted money. Freddy came in for the estimate, and explained that was overdue on a full roof replacement for my flat roof. He sent me multiple drone photos to show exactly where the moisture was holding the water in the roof and educated me effortlessly on the materials they use and how they complete the installation. There was some water trapped in between the many old layers, making it very difficult to identify leaks and making repairs. After numerous roof leaks every year, we finally pulled the trigger on a roof replacement project. Went with big apple renovators, as they specialize in flat roofs. They seemed to have a lot of experience working with these flat roof constructions in NYC. Mine is built in the 1940s. Big apple renovators completed the roof replacement in just one day.
