"After spending a couple of weeks doing construction on a neighbors house the workers from Golden Eagle Construction left all their cement run off in front of my mother's house and on the corner of her front lawn where it has hardened and did not have the decency to clean up after themselves. This is rude and disrespectful. My mother spent an hour outside in the hot sun attempting to hose the cement away from her house and it still there."
