"Kevin did not show up for a meeting he scheduled with me at the job site, for which I left work, then became defensive when called out on this inconvenience. Our job was difficult and he became easily frustrated with it, expected us to choose from only 3 color options that were not matching the desired result. Once we would not accept this suboptimal color, in a very unprofessional manner Kevin completely ghosted myself and my husband. Of course sometimes clients and business owners don't see eye to eye, but completely ghosting the client is extremely unprofessional. There is a manner in which to part ways if he wasn't able to complete this job. His crew was messy and they left our stairs/upper floor unfinished and unprotected. We have since finished the job with another company that was amazing and offered great professionalism and much better expertise."

I hired him to sand and screen my hardwood 1st floor and replace the carpet on the 2nd floor with engineered hardwood. I couldn't be happier with the results - the floors really look amazing. "Kevin guessing owner of.s and s floors sent.staff to.my home.on a friday. They sanded floors.and.did a.terrible job. We.called Kevin on friday evening as not only was sanding really bad, they put on a coat of.poly.kevin came.on Monday and said he would resand.floors. we.tried calling tues.and wednesday no return call. He was a no show.to fix.terrible.sanding job. He.or.his staff entered our.home.with no one home, no notice, no permission to remove the sanding.equipment. Not only did he do a terrible job, put a coat of.poly on top of it, he or his.staff.entered a private home.with no notice, nor.permission to.remove equipment. RUN do not.walk away from S and D Flooring in Pleasant.Valley, NY. Owner.will promise.you that they do great work and then sand incorrectly, throw poly on top, walk off unfinished job and enter your home when you are at work."
