"Terrible company. They sold me bad topsoil and Duffy ignored a dozen calls and emails. Screwed up our lawn. Now we have to sue them. Very sad. He could have avoided this pain by communicating and working on a solution. Just today I heard from someone else who had same experience (relative of one of the biggest contractors in Rhinebeck). Not sure what this guy's issue is but I would buy from anyone else but him."
"I ordered 10 yards of topsoil, what I got was a pebble/dirt mix almost seems like more pebbles than dirt, I called them and justifications were made and I was told there’s nothing that can be done. If you want real quality topsoil and not fill masked in dirt than steer clear of Duffy.. Duffy. You may stand by your product, but it’s a subpar product. Shame."
