"Reaz was very personable and responsive to our needs, priorities, and timeline... after reviewing his quote and comparing to others, we hired him and e-signed the contract on Friday; his team showed up Monday to start the work! The biggest project was painting the whole apartment, plus some plumbing and electrical and misc work... they were quick to get painting on Monday and Reaz bought our desired color paint (at a great price, better than if we bought ourselves from store). All throughout the week, Reaz texted or called me informing me on which day each task was getting completed, if any additional things were needed, and general updates of the project. We moved in the following Sunday, only one week after starting paint, and ~90% of the project was done!!! The original timeline was 3 weeks, so being able to move in and have most of the tasks completed within 1 week was amazing. My only negative comment is that after 90% of the project was done, Reaz was hard to get a hold of... I would call or text and no response for days, or misunderstandings/miscommunication and no follow up, or he was "too busy with other projects" to come back. Thankfully, we figured it out eventually and his team was able to finish the last 10% of tasks. While I hope we do not need any additional renovations, we will definitely hire Reaz again! ************* 25 NOV 2020 UPDATE As the past few weeks have been getting cold, we tried turning our heat on... but nothing worked - we were not worried, as we had hot water but not heat. Since most recent/final tasks with Reaz took too long and we needed heat to work ASAP, we called our neighbours' boiler/heater guy to check the system. It turns out Reaz's guy hooked up our new thermostat wrong - specifically the wiring for heat. Very annoyed that we spent so much $$ with Reaz, that his team did not double check/confirm their wiring work!"
