"One of their drivers in a huge commercial truck hit a taxi in Manhattan and tried to speed off. He hit a 2nd taxi blocks later (with my husband and infant son in the backseat) and again tried to speed off. This happened a block away from our apartment so I ran out to meet my visibly shaken husband and hysterical infant son. While waiting for the ambulance to check on my son and husband, I called the company to let them know what the driver had done. Instead of acknowledging what happened, the owner of the company said that the driver involved is a “good guy”. I got so upset and said that a “good guy” wouldn’t hit-and-run twice and that the right response was to apologize and say that they would investigate the drivers’ actions further. He replied that he had nothing to apologize for and literally said that he didn’t care. Meanwhile, the “good guy” driver was rambling to himself for at least 45 minutes. Please never hire this company. The driver was reckless at best and the owner refused to acknowledge the terrible situation. It makes me sad that people like this exist."
