"Tony is hands down the best contactor I have met in the city. At the meeting to look at our space, he was the only one who took the time to talk through the entire process with us and made us feel really comfortable with the permitting and inspection processes, interfacing with our management company, and helping with the design choices that needed to be made. We invited bids from 3 contractors and his was priced right in the middle. From the beginning, he answered all of our questions about process, what we were to purchase, what was covered by his bid (this was our first reno in the city). The bathroom renovation was a gut renovation in a small space (5'x7'). Tony and his team did fantastic work. He was always on time, texted or called with any questions, changes or issues as they arose. He worked with us on various supply chain issues with some of our appliances and made sure everything was to code, including repairs in the wall that the building was responsible for updating. He guarantees the plumbers and electricians he works with. Our bathroom is now fully waterproofed, with updated electrical wiring and plumbing for all fixtures. The tile is beautiful and exquisitely matched. He had a great person to build the custom shower doors. Everything is just beautiful. He is an amazing perfectionist in all the best ways.
