"The store inventory is good. Some of the sales folks are welcoming and accommodating, some of them are just not. Speaking to that kind of person makes me think that they don't care about me as a customer. The manager, Brandon, was the redeeming light that made me feel better about everything. He is great in dealing with people in a friendly and respectful way. Grateful for his presence there. But honestly, other sales reps (I will not name anyone here) need to step up their game. Closed on Saturdays. Disappointing, but I have a feeling it is due to personal reasons of the owners, which i do respect. I will know for the future."
"I went in looking for an aerator adapter for my bathroom faucet. Rami helped me for at least twenty minutes, opening a few packages to see if they fit the pieces from home I brought with me. Super nice and helpful guy. Sadly none of the products in the store did the trick, but I would definitely go back again!"
"Best hardware store on the upper west side, has everything you need and the employees from store Manager Brandon to associates Rami, Franklin, Brittney always very helpful very friendly. Im a Resident Manager in upper west side and i come here to get any supplies needed for my buildings, if they dont have it there there other store has it and can delivery same day , Brandon store manager handles the account and always very helpful to make sure i get everything i need"
"Walked by the store and popped in because I needed a mop. What an amazing selection! Seriously the place is full of hidden treasures, and the prices are super reasonable, probably just as cheap as target! Also, everybody who works there is super nice and helped me find everything I need and talked me out of buying the stuff that wasn’t the best fit for my apartment"
