"Our construction project was in a disarray when a previous contractor was not able to fulfill his obligations. In middle of a reconstruction of a 4 family unit, NKAY construction team was hired and that was probably the best decision that got us through a very tough and difficult situation. The process of changing contractor along with all the sub-contractors and getting through inspections is laborious and time consuming. Nick and Kanan along with their team exhibited professionalism, expertise and true dedication to providing quality to a finish product. Every detail of the construction was reviewed, amended to meet codes in conjunction with setting up meetings with building inspection office, modifying plans with architect company and directing subcontractors to be on time to execute with precision care. Quality of materials and the attention to detail were evident in every aspect of the build. Although the project was delayed by previous contractor, NKAY construction team pivoted quickly and had the project back on track with regular updates and clear communication throughout the process. The reliability made the entire experience stress-free. Even though there were many changes and updates along the way, the pricing was negotiated up front without any hidden costs or surprises. Their honesty and transparency were great in building trust and truly appreciated. Along with way, they offered creative and practical solutions to maximize space and functionality, ensuring all construction codes were followed and cost effective. Both Nick and Kanan were always available to answer questions and address any concerns that we presented.
