"Came here to get copies of keys and the woman with her child made the key incorrectly. Not only was it done incorrectly but when I came to return the key I received a horrible response and attitude from the male owner. He was extremely rude and unfriendly and pretty much threw my money back at me after telling me he wouldn’t redo the key."

"They often have what you will need. However the staff, which consists of just one person who presumably is the owner, is unfriendly almost to the point of being hostile. As far as I can tell the pricing is not consistent and it's apparently based on how much they believe you will pay. CASH ONLY, they DON"T accept credit or debit cards!!. Generally I call ahead to find out if they have what I want, and then I ask the price; it seems this way I pay a reasonable cost. The upside? They are in the 'hood, and they sometimes have a piece I need for a home repair."
