"We're very happy with the work that these guys did for us today. They cleaned our chimney and while up there noticed cracks around the base. They asked if I wanted it repaired to which I agreed. I told them also about some small leaks we were having and they found the cause of them also. All work was done with pictures before and after. Very glad to have this done. They were great to work with!"

"I have been a faithful client for several years now. This year they came to clean my chimney and I told the tech Erick ( who has always done a good job) that I was noticing smoke inside the house. He said it was because the chimney was dirty and he cleaned it. The next day I had the same problem and everyday since. I called the company and asked to have the tech call me because the problem continued. Noone called back. I called several times, spoke with the receptionist who assured me she would get back to me. No call back. Contacted then again and scheduled a visit for this past Saturday. No-one showed up. I wasted my afternoon waiting for them and no-one came. I sent a text to the receptionist at approximately 3:30. She told me she was going to call the techs to see where they were in terms of scheduling and would contact me again. I still haven't heard back. I am complaining about the way this company is conducting business, not about the tech. Erick has always been a great professional but he can only do what he is directed to do. I hate to write this negative review but couldn't stay quiet. Call another company who is lore invested in maintaining a positive relationship with their customers."
