"Selecting tiles can be a stressful experience simply because you know that you will have to live with the results of your decision every single day for a very long time. After visiting most of the well known tile stores in and around Bergen county I was lucky enough to discover The Tile Store USA and that’s when my experience changed from a stressful one to a pleasant one thanks to the great product selection, but mostly thanks to the professionalism, patience, and great advice from Laura and Manny. No matter how many store visits I made or how long it took me to decide, Laura guided the process thoughtfully and patiently. When I narrowed my options to three, Manny advised me to consider larger tiles ( something I had not considered before), and it was a great suggestion. I ended up buying tiles for my kitchen as well as for my master bathroom. I can’t be happier with the quality, service and final outcome. Thank you Laura and Manny."

"Such a pleasure dealing with Laura and the team at Tile Store! They made it so easy to pick up tiles. They have them in stock to pick up and take home right away. Five stars all the way!"

"We brought large panels of tiles and they refused to offer us the any wrapping such as bubble wrap or foam wrap, they insisted that the tiles are super strong and won’t break. 10 minutes after drove out the the store, both tiles broke in halves. We drove back for an exchange, this costumer manager Andre tried to made it look like we did something wrong with the placement of the tiles. We had a truck and we wrapped the panels carefully enough. We couldn’t wrap our brains around this confusing experience and left with a sense of frustration and have to step out. This store seems like they unwilling to take care of their products the moment it goes out of the door. Or they simply do not have any budget for customer service so they just kind of want to scam things away every time damages happens. This is just hilariously unprofessional and irresponsible, l don’t think you should trust this place with such an altitude that they throw their costumers on the wall and see if they sticks. We highly recommend that you avoid this place at all cost!!"
