"Pharmacy was excellent. I had recently move from another side of Syracuse and needed my prescriptions delivered to me and moved from another Kinney's. They did all the work for me. 1 less thing I had to stress over. Dave in the pharmacy was awesome! He told me step by step what to do to get the process done and what to except the 1st time! Well done Nottingham Kinney. I love to give credit were credit is due!"

"The pharmacy is the worst. They never get scripts filled in a timely manner. Worst is when you are sick and need to pick up that antibiotic. I delayed getting here just so they would get the order in from the doc and hopefully have it filled but no...here I have to sit for another 30 minutes maybe more. They don't even call you when the script is ready. Even a simple refill takes them more than a day....never same day. Never again! Walgreens has my business from now on."

"best customer service by far. especially Quinten Forbes he is always in a cheerful mood and more then happy to help. that guy deserves a raise. taking two stars off strictly because of the pharmacy. went to pick up my pain medication and they wouldnt give it to me because they needed a manager to sign off on it first and i was told this would take 10 -15 mins for some reason. this wasn't cool with me because I ended up running late to work because of this which I expressed before hand. I was under the impression that customer satisfaction was the main goal and that wasn't the case with my visit at all. they could've just checked my ID and insurance card and they clearly would have seen I was who I claimed to be. even if its policy the manger shouldn't be keeping anyone waiting for medication especially when they're in pain. front of the house is outstanding in my opinion but quality is at loss in the pharmacy."

"Staff is so nice and helpful here, from photos to prescriptions. But note to the drive-thru pharmacy, please don't return credit cards by putting them inside the prescription bag, or ask the customer if they'd like it back that way. This has happened to us twice and we thought we had lost our credit cards."
