"I tried calling the store to ask a couple of questions before I had to walk there. The phone rang and rang until I finally got a screeching sound at the end, and got disconnected Perhaps they were busy but then I try a second time and got the same thing. At least they could have voicemail so that they know prospective customers are trying to reach them for business. I’m disappointed in them I would think that they would welcome all calls and inquiries"

"Refused to sell a $50 gift card with cash because no manager was on duty. I understand protecting against fraud but denying legitimate business is bad practice. Why sell them at all?"

"Used to stop here every morning for the Exclusive Blend coffee...7-11s signature....but at 730am half the time it was empty. So I started going to Dunkin instead. Decided to stop in this morning bc its been a while...same thing...730, empty Exclusive blend. No customers in the store, not busy. Cashier is playing games on her phone, and then wonders why i left so quickly without getting anything, and then shrugs her shoulders and goes about playing her game. Plenty of time to make coffee...it's a shame bc I really like 7-11 coffee and prefer it to Dunkin, but I don't have time for laziness in the morning....tried to give them another chance but done for good..Do better 7-11."

"Terrible service. I was in there last week. An employee comes out from the back room saying " Im not doing this today" .I went i today to cash in a lottery ticket. There was a black guy mopping the floor. I asked to cash my ticket. I got a stare from him like Whoa! As I was leaving i said thank u no response back. Unrudely employees. Time to right a letter to corporate."
