"I've been here many times. They have extensive inventory. The counter people recited me part numbers for a PTO gear box from memory after glancing at it. They had all the parts in under 24 hours. They had all the tail light parts I needed in stock at a fair price."
"The new manager down there really makes this place look good, He stands behind his products 100 percent and will give you no Bs. I am very pleased about the way they handle product warranties ,keep up the good work Syracuse."
"Did good work balancing a driveshaft and replacing universal joints. Price was very reasonable. Recommend!"
"Sokd me the wrong bolts for a u joint i asked the guy are you sure the threads are the same he says yes they are! Well they were wrong and when i take them back the the yoke they go to he says they fit. Yeah they screwed in a few threads but that was it. I know i put an air gun on them when i went to install them and stripped out the axle on my vette $$$$$. But he still wanted to doubt me. Stay away double check your parts this isnt the same place it used to be when it was universal joint of syracuse. Customer service has gone downhill."
"I had some toyota stuff done. When I talked to them it was a maybe because they don't deal in metric. It was lengthening a front CV shaft from a 90s pickup and shortening a midsection from a Tacoma 2 piece. Toyota drive shaft wheeling shops seldom do those (I couldn't find any). Fleet pride said they won't know until they machine the yokes off, so I said I am ok with that I just want the parts back, wasn't like I could do anything with the shafts as they were anyway. They were able to get the right size tube, built and balanced the shafts and put a coat of paint on them. The trucks for wheeling but there are no vibrations driving down the road at 75. I have to give them props for that, I wasn't able to find anyone that would try the 2 piece shaft section. I think I paid around 200 for the work, maybe it was 300, don't quite remember. But it was a lot cheaper than buying new high angle shafts."
