"We had a great experience building with Kelkenberg homes and we are glad that we found them during our search for a builder. Right after our first meeting with Charlie, we decided to move forward with them. Everyone was so great to deal with - Charlie, Holly, Sue, Debbie, Chuck and others. This is a family owned business and there wasn't a single instance when we couldn't reach anyone for anything. Holly was wonderful throughout the whole process and guided us a lot on things we could consider during our build. Every single sub-contractor who worked on our house was great and we feel very confident in the quality of construction and finishes in our home. We did run into a couple of pricing issues during our build, considering everything had run up in cost when we built, however, what really matters is how we were able to sit down with Charlie and arrive at an amicable solution to keep things moving forward. If you are looking for a builder who can quickly slap together a home for you then this is not a builder for you. However, if you are looking for someone who takes time to do things right and has great craftsmanship, then you should build your home with Kelkenberg Homes. It's been a year since we moved in our new home and we still feel we couldn't have found a better builder to build our home for us.
