"We chose Cortese Construction Services to do a full tear-out and remodel of our kitchen and dining room. The objective was to expand the dining area and update the entire space (cabinets, floors, lighting, appliances). The project start was delayed due to Covid issues in 2021, but once started moved along quite well. We were very pleased with the project oversight and scheduling. The work crew was very professional and skilled, displaying exemplary craftsmanship in each area. The end product is all we could have hoped for. We're very pleased."

"I am a satisfied customer of Cortese Construction Services and I would not hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to friends & family. We are very pleased with the BetterLiving Sunroom and small deck extension that they installed on the back of our existing home. Sunroom is approximately 15’ x 11’ with a deck extension of 11’ x 6’). Although there was a significant delay between signing the contract and seeing work begin, we understood going in that shipping delays were affecting the scheduling of projects beyond control. Our salesman, Tyler Samer, was great to work with. He visited our home and really listened to what we wanted and didn’t want in terms of this project. He was very knowledgeable and he made every effort to come up with a plan that would satisfy our end goal and also respect our budget concerns. He also remained in contact when we were waiting for the job to begin and returned to see the finished project and make sure we were satisfied. Once the job was begun, the dynamic duo of Jeff and Andrea, who were assigned to our project, did a fantastic job! They began and finished the job in the month of DECEMBER…working outside through some occasional rough weather. They worked very hard each day and I was pretty amazed at how quickly things came together. This job required removing an old deck from the construction site and building a new foundation, repairing some damage discovered on the back of the house, removing a window that would interfere with the trajectory of the sunroom roof, replacing (and matching) the siding on the house & drywall/paint on the inside. All of this was done beautifully and with attention to detail, Jeff and Andrea were so nice to have around and they were always respectful of our home. Other staff, including Allysa and Marisa, were friendly, understanding, responsive, respectful & efficient. Really, what more could you ask for? We are very excited for spring when we can really start to use this terrific addition to our home!"

"We hired Cortese Construction Services to remodel our Kitchen and perform some other repairs to our dining room. The service from Cortese was impressive from the start. Sheldon was our assigned salesperson and he worked with us in our home to find out exactly what we wanted to have done. Then he prepared a number of options so we could get what we wanted to have done within our budget. He worked with the estimator, Tyler, in order to help us to complete our project within our budget. And then the project managers Dillon and Vinnie worked to finalize the details on our project before the work began so that everything would be in place when it started. Then Ryan as the project foreman and the individual who performed most of the work did an outstanding job not only with the quality of the work but the speed and his general attitude towards the job. He wanted it done as if it was his own home and he wanted us to be happy. Dillon and Ryan were even able to offer some design advice and gave suggestions that we had not thought of. They always arrived on time, the materials were always made available through their logistics personnel and the work was completed on time. They even were able to handle some last-minute scheduling adjustments that we made to fit our own schedule. We had never hired anyone to do this kind of work or to this extent in our home and frankly I was worried when we were beginning the process. But the individuals at Cortese construction services did such an outstanding job that all of my worries were put to the side and now we really enjoy our kitchen!"
