"We've used Bock & Whitman for a few years now and have been very pleased with their work, most recently with a major repair to the slate roof on our garage. However, the two workers were very loudly arguing, even swearing at each other, which was unprofessional, then the owner wanted to be paid right away and came to the house to get the check. I now wonder whether those were two signs that the company was in trouble. I've been trying to contact the company via email and phone for further work and get no response. An up-and-up company would have notified customers of the situation and offered an alternative company. I am really disappointed; I thought we found a reliable roofer who can work on slate."
