Hunter's Station Golf Course

"Our adventure weekend begins with a bike ride through oil country then on to a Hunters station for a round of golf at a GREAT family owned golf course followed by dinne r at their restaurant which serves the best food in the area. (actually the only food in area). Our weekend will conclude with a relaxing river trip down the Clarion or Allegheny. Total cost of 3 day trip is 250.00 for two people. "Hunter Station Golf Course. What a great view, great homes, and beautiful area in general, on the Allegheny river. You can not beat the mountain and river views. Most of the time the club house has decent food land decent service, but it’s more of a bar in the woods than it is a country club."

"Friendly staff, good food. Front 9 is challenging. Narrow with many chances to lose your ball. The back 9 is more relaxing with several "feel good" holes that allow a player that normally shoots in the 90s to rattle off a few pars and possible birdies."

"What an amazing course!! All the folks here were great! Club house check in, service at the turn and dinner after....everything was on point! The course was beautiful! All the locals were friendly. It was so busy but no one was rude or in a hurry. Will definitely go again!"

"A fun course, especially the front nine. The back nine, although challenging, aren't quite like the front nine. Nevertheless, I love this course. My buddies and I make the long trip from Erie, PA on Wednesdays when the greens fees are only $17 which includes a gas cart and two free hotdogs on the turn. A side note here, the relish they serve is the best I've ever had. The course is in great shape and very well maintained. The friendly staff make the long trip down well worth it."
