"I wanted so badly to give this company 5 stars. I had heard good things about them. The fact that this is a local female owned company, I was excited to have them work on my roof. It started off well. The man came out and looked at my roof promising me an estimate by the end of the week. Time went by next week came I contacted him and he apologized and said he would have the estimate for me in a couple more days. Two weeks have gone, I have called several times to inquire about it but he has been avoiding my calls and wont return after leaving messages. I understand people get busy but what I wont stand for is not being professional. Just some friendly advice don't avoid potential customers that want to spend their money with you at least give the respect to communicate regularly."

"Mayra and her team went above and beyond. Had a porch roof that was falling apart and in desperate need of removal. I was playing with the option of replacing it or keeping it open but wasn't sure because how bad of shape it was in. Mayra and her team ended up taking the porch roof down and completely replaced it in a day and a half. I am beyond grateful for they're hard work and time they took to do the job. "I had 3 leaks dripping in the attic. 1st Choice responded quickly to my call and investigated the problem. In less than a day they removed an old roof fan, resealed a drain vent, replaced water damaged sheeting and re shingled the area with matched shingles. They also put a fresh coat of tar around the chimney. I thought they were knowledgeable and professional and I am very satisfied with the work and price I paid."
