"Hey great people. Looks like they have everything under the sun for a roof. Kind of tight quarters, but doable. Semi-truck no overnight parking, but there is parking on the get up ramp less than a half-mile of way. They're receiving hours start at 8 a.m."
"Just ordered over 5k worth of roofing materials to redo the roof. And they delivered everything EXCEPT THE 30 sq ft of SHINGLES. Not sure how the most important and most expensive material gets overlooked. Super frustrating. Even though this had happened. I will say they fixed the problem immediately. I wrote this review before they addressed the issue. The regional manager made sure this problem got resolved as best and as quickly as possible. I appreciate their outstanding customer service. Due to how they handled this manner I’m gladly to fix my review to five stars. Accidents happen and the problem was resolved. That’s all I can ask for. Majority of shingles were shipped later that day. Thank you Erie materials!"
