Reviews
"Won't exchange denominations of currency unless you're an account holder. Would not recommend for those on the fly."
"I don't go into Keybank often, but out of the 3 or 4 I have been to over the last 6 months of being a card member this one is my favorite. The two main tellers (two younger guys) that are there whenever I come in are great. They are polite, talkative, and help me with anything I need. On top of that when I first signed up for Key Bank online, there were some issues with activating my card, and an employee from here got everything fixed for me. If you are a Key Bank member and are downtown this is the bank to go to!"
"Worst bank ever"
"Poor customer service. I recently called this branch questions about information on accounts that i inherited from the recent death of my father. And, YES! The employee that answered the phone (in a rather impolite and nonprofessional tone) told me she was with a client and to call another branch! I then asked if anyone else was available, once again rudely, gave an unlikely excuse."
