"Initially had great experience and communication with the agents when buying my home 3 years ago but when things got complicated and the underwriter tried to cancel coverage after I looked into submitting a minor claim, they not only didn't demonstrate any effort to advocate upon my behalf as a customer, but also did not communicate efficiently nor with initiative. They actually sat on communication from the underwriter for two weeks, waiting until I reached out a couple days before coverage ended to tell me the underwriter had responded and hit me with an egregious quote they made with another company back when they had received the information two weeks ago."

"This is a LONG overdue review of services provided by Brandi Bentley (back in 9/2020) and Jennifer Loftis (recently in 7/2023). We have been using Stalwart Insurance going on 3 years now because we were looking to re-finance the house in 2020. Back then, Brandi was able to put a Home & Auto package together for my mother (who is still an active and independent 91 year old driver) and me. The monthly payments for the policies we had at the time were $76/Home and $108/Auto. After diligent work and multiple communications, Brandi found policies with the same or better coverages for only $48/Home and $68/Auto!! GREAT savings and a belated THANK YOU Brandi!! Recently, I bought an older 2004 pickup truck at a bargain but needs a fair amount of work. After getting it up and running I wanted to add it to the Auto policy which is now currently running at $76 per month. I called Stalwart but Brandi was out and ended up working with Jennifer. Well, the policy came back at $368 per month for the remaining two payments!! Although, it would revert to $290 per month upon renewal because the increased cost was being covered for about 2&1/2 months, my truck suddenly wasn’t such a “Bargain” anymore!! Jennifer stepped up to the plate and figured out that the policy holder must have considered my mother’s age (>90yrs) a risk factor and would be driving the truck as well as me. Jennifer never got a straight answer but no matter. She went out and searched for a separate policy for the truck and in the end left the car on the original policy. So the car is now back down to $76 per month and the truck is only an added $55 per month with a different policy holder! So…THANK YOU JENNIFER!!!! With fantastic employees like Brandi and Jennifer, i would recommend Stalwart to ANYONE looking for Home and Auto insurance. John"
