I arrived five hours early, checked in at 5:17 PM for a 10:30 PM appointment, was assigned door 89, and found it empty by 8:30 PM. Everything was going smoothly until I approached this rude woman to ask about my paperwork. She replied in a very rude manner, ordering me to wait for a call and return to my truck. My next appointment was at 6:00 AM in Batavia, NY, so I returned around 1:30 AM to inquire about my paperwork again. This further angered the woman, who refused to let me speak and insisted I return to my truck. When I requested to speak with their manager, her bearded coworker (whose reflection is on the window in the picture) threatened me to raise his hands and demanded I leave. She even went so far as to say she would ensure I never deliver there again. Is she authorized to make such statements? She already did make sure actually. I am not going to waste my time and deal with this people anymore. They held onto my paperwork until their supervisor intervened."
