"Had the best experience at ALDI locations, but the rear docks lacked adequate lighting."
"Arrived early for 0200 appointment, in dock by 2300. Had me unloaded by 2330 and got paperwork 0030. I'll give 5 star review when you put some lights up on the backside docks."
"Lady in the front desk don’t have enough knowledge. This woman is extremely rude, disrespectful, and bossy. She doesn’t communicate, instead, she issues orders. She treats drivers like animals and was even disrespectful to the older gentleman who checked me in."
"Attention, management! Please take action regarding these two individuals. This woman is extremely rude, disrespectful, and bossy. She doesn’t communicate, instead, she issues orders. She treats drivers like animals and was even disrespectful to the older gentleman who checked me in. I arrived five hours early, checked in at 5:17 PM for a 10:30 PM appointment, was assigned door 89, and found it empty by 8:30 PM. Everything was going smoothly until I approached this rude woman to ask about my paperwork. She replied in a very rude manner, ordering me to wait for a call and return to my truck. My next appointment was at 6:00 AM in Batavia, NY, so I returned around 1:30 AM to inquire about my paperwork again. This further angered the woman, who refused to let me speak and insisted I return to my truck. When I requested to speak with their manager, her bearded coworker (whose reflection is on the window in the picture) threatened me to raise his hands and demanded I leave. She even went so far as to say she would ensure I never deliver there again. Is she authorized to make such statements? She already did make sure actually. I am not going to waste my time and deal with this people anymore. They held onto my paperwork until their supervisor intervened."
