"Great warehouse, great location. But there were two problems: 1. the signage is too inconspicuous and not very good for a first time visitor to the warehouse to find the door to the warehouse. The location on the map is inaccurate. 2. the height of the warehouse units is a bit low so that people can't stand up completely."

"Locker is well located in downtown Syracuse, however the address does not match the location exactly and it is complicated to find. The storage facility seems safe and clean but the distribution of some units are in a corridor without light or easy access. They didn’t have a dolly to help move items and the total height of the parking is 6’ so U-Haul trucks do not fit. This seems contradictory given that is a storage facility which considers most likely people moving or storing large scale furniture."

"super difficult to find, no instructions given….to get there, go into the parking garage at 101 E Washington St, then DOWN the ramp to access the lockers (google/apple maps also did not provide accurate directions here as of May 2024). when i couldn’t find the entrance, i called customer service to no avail— the support workers are not local and could not tell me how access the facility. my unit was very dirty and had a previous user’s wooden planks left in it (see photo). anyway, would book a different place in the future."

"These spacious, easily accessible storage units are excellent for storing all of your needs. Property items are safe and maintained in a clean space. Highly recommend!"
