"Awful customer service at this location. The first time I had visited I just shrugged it off and took it as someone having a bad day, but every time I've stopped after I have experienced the same. I purposely go out of my way to avoid this location now, even though it is so close by. Its like customers are immediately an inconvenience upon just walking in. Don't even get me started on the pharmacy."
"Rude customer service and everything you see online that shows available in their site is out of stock in store. So don't even bother trusting their online status. And the excuse the management gives you is " yes the item shows available for pick up but we don't have them. And someone else needs to update that I don't know". That's what they say every time."
"Walgreens has been my go to for toiletries and prescriptions for a long time. Always have what I need and the employees are always helpful and friendly."
"I'd give you 1 star because by now it's not a secret that you do not either fill the atm or just hang a sign on it on the 3rd of each month so people getting social security check there is nothing wrong with the atm on anyday but the 3rd every 3rd month the signs on the the atm I'm boycotting your store"
"I'm not often one to get frustrated enough to bother writing a negative review of a place, but I feel compelled to share this. Over a month ago, I ordered some business cards through the Walgreens website. I was under a bit of a time crunch, but I saw that the delivery was only expected to take a few days. No problem, I could make that work. The delivery date came and went without the cards arriving, but I really wanted to have these cards ahead of a work event, so I went in and placed a new order for a same-day print and pickup, paying roughly the same amount as the first order. Both orders weren't all that expensive, and I figured I'd ultimately end up with more cards, so I didn't mind this double-order. The location to which I submitted the order was explicitly listed as available for same-day pickup. Some schedule conflicts popped up on my end, so I wasn't able to pick up the cards in-store until a few days later---the morning I was leaving for my event. When I arrived at the store, I was told that the cards actually hadn't been printed yet because of a faulty printer. I wasn't going to get the cards in time. The attendant took my name and phone number down on a slip of paper to contact me when they were eventually completed. I was frustrated, but in the moment I didn't make a big deal of it---a faulty printer is a faulty printer. However, I feel like the Walgreens staff should have attempted to reach me using the information I provided when placing the order to inform me the cards couldn't be printed. They didn't do this on the actual pickup day, nor during the few days after that I couldn't get over to the store. It took me coming in multiple days after the same-day pickup to learn that they weren't ready. Fast forward a bit---life is busy, work is busy, and I honestly forget about the cards until this weekend, one month later. Logging in to my Walgreen account, I see that both orders are STILL listed as "In Process." No attempt from Walgreens to contact me (either from the paper slip jotted down in-store, or from the delay in the delivery order). This far out, I just assume Walgreens forgot about my order---effectively stealing $30 from me in the process. I am a level-headed person, but this kind of oversight is embarrassingly unprofessional, and I'm disappointed in Walgreens prioritization of its customers' care (or lack thereof). I'm not going to go on some expletive-laden tirade. I'd just like my cards printed, or my money refunded."
