"If I could give it a zero(0) I would!!!! They are so unprofessional & vindictive!!!!! They went through ny daughter's things & threw away her kids birth documents. They also kept her laundry detergent & her personal identity ( ss card). When asked to speak to a supervisor about the situation, I was told they would be in on MONDAY!!! This was a Friday that I came for my possessions after being discharges unfairly when I was told to come in before 9 pm & I arrived shortly after( 9:27). The one supervisor was showing favoritism towards another resident & I called her out for it. They did not feed her or her kids on numerous occasions, as I was a witness via video chat!!!!. This 8s inhumane how the staff yesterday resident's"
