- Vacant Property Registry (VPR): Committed to improving neighborhood aesthetics and safety, the VPR aims to reduce blight and encourage property owners to take action. By registering vacant properties, we work together to enhance the community's overall appearance and functionality.

Visitor Information:

The main entrance to the Central Permit Office is conveniently located on the south side of the building, along East Onondaga Street. For those visiting us, parking is available at the One Park Place Parking Lot, just a short walk away at 343 East Onondaga Street.
