"I hate it when companies use this company they hire people who can't read numbers or addresses .Everytime they deliver they deliver to 13B and my apt is 13A . This time they dropped it way in back and guess what the person that got my package kept it . First picture is my apt . Amazon at least make sure they get the number of the unit and this off he wall company can't even take a picture to show apt clearly so I could go ask why they kept my package I notice the company doesn't respond to us . So that says it all right there"

"Claimed the package was delivered to the “mail room” of my apartment complex… I don’t have a mail room. My apartment is one building. The package was no where to be found. I work from home with a full view of the only entrance into the building from my window. They didn’t even bother to show up."

"Incompetent and rude drivers and customer service representatives. They will leave your package outside on the street, where it will be stolen or damaged. I tried to ask them to please have the driver call me if they have difficulty finding my address or getting into the building, but they simply say “23 cannot do that”. They take no responsibility for it whatsoever and tell you it’s the sellers issue and not theirs. I have no idea why companies use them."

"The absolute worst delivery service around. The drivers and office staff are incompetent at best. Every single order I have coming to me, never shows up. The office says they will investigate it and then you never hear from them again. Do yourself a favor a choose a different delivery service."
