"This court system is a scam. I paid tons of money to a attorney to save custody for my kids and you did nothing but take my kids away and my money knowing damn well what the outcome would be. Don't fight it, you will lose if you're a man. I did nothing wrong. My ex-wife abandoned the house and I had no job and left me with all the bills. She then started a life with my cousin. She was cheating on me before she left with him too but that's not a crime anymore (crooks) Now my son calles me his name on accident all the time!!! You people are sick!!! I found a job all while taking care of my kids and start paying all the bills on my own just to go-to trial and get strong armed with a deal you worked outback before court even started and took my kids from me. Held child support over my head and said I'd have to pay 2500 a month if I took it to trial. She wouldn't let me get my kids 50/50 so I couldn't fight it. These courts are crooks and it's time they learn that fathers are equal and you are criminals taking kids from their father's. These lawyer are just as bad, they all are part of the system. They scam you for your money. Knowing the outcome but still take every penny you have in hopes it equal right, NOT FULL CUSTODY, EQUAL RIGHTS! I DID NOTHING WRONG TO LOSE PHYSICAL CUSTODY OF MY KIDS."

"The judges are all biased towards women. My child got assigned Michael Kerwin, who runs off emotion, and doesn’t listen to children. He was retired from the SPD after participating in getting Syracuse sued in Lee vs Syracuse, and Lore. Vs Syracuse. I lost my rights to my kids multiple times, and rights to anything after having served my country, and never having any abuse or criminal history. All evidence I ever had was ignored while the mother’s hearsay was enforced like it was actual amassable evidence. All fathers who have been screwed over by the court, I want you to confide in me, let’s fix this with a civil suit. These staff members of this court are corrupt and I’m ashamed to have served while I come home and see that they represent our legalities."

"Who ever is the one answering the initial calls when you call is a complete disgrace. I asked 1 simple question and got nothing but attitude. This court is an absolute joke along with how the family judicial system is setup. Our system is so lethargic and this court house is a prime example of that. When you allow a person to file a petition out of Onondaga county's jurisdiction then what kind of people are overseeing these cases? Glad tax payer money pays for these fools to not so thier job right. Civil servants who just want money. The judges will hardly even look up and acknowledge anything like they don't even want to be there and they hate thier life."

"This court system is the worst. Before my divorce was even started it was a neglect and abuse case against my wife. During that I was served paper work for the divorce. My kids Lawyer and my lawyer stood up in court and said they were pro women and do t believe a man should raise girls the courts dropped the case against my wife and gave her custody and close to 1000 a month in support while she was actively getting arrested for narcotics she would even nod out on court. I was denied a dna test for my oldest. And my youngest they said I wasn’t the father 12 years later I got petition for dna test for Sophia because the freeloading family was collection food stamps so they needed someone to pay it back. Lo and behold after 12 years turns out o was the father. So I missed out on the most important years of her life. Ow they forcing me to pay support but refuse to give me visits with her. The mom wanted nothing to do with the kids so I was actively trying to get custody they kept denying me custody but gave custody to the aunt wich violates ny state law “mother and father rights” and my father rights were violated numerous times. Also made deals with the courts but they refused to hold up their end of the deal. Causing my license and car to get towed numerous times. My passport was denied 2 times we were supposed to get married in Mexico that’s where she was from and now my fiancé thinks I don’t wana be with her and it’s ruining my life. I get judgements letters in the mail saying they gona take my property but I never missed a payment in 16 years the aunts best friend works for the court system and the discriminated against me because the aunt had my youngest since she was born and now the court officer helped her steal my kid from me"

"This court just ruled I no longer have the right to make any decisions medically and I can not call a doctor. I have a 10 yr old medically fragile child, who I was a Dad to for 10 yrs, the last 3 as a single Dad. I cared for her the entire time. I’m still allowed visitation but can not do anything medically for my medically fragile child who would be in my care No decision making ability were something to happen. I can’t even call a doctor. I refuse to risk her life I refuse to separate my children So I lost my children while having no issues or problems while I was a single Dad raising both my children. You don’t want to end up here. I’m a good Dad, at least my children thought so, who just lost everything"
