"The only person that answers the phone is some woman that just keeps making grunting noises, and she doesn't seem to comprehend anything said to her. I explain a certain case workers phone goes straight to voice-mail and have recieved no return calls since last week. "Is their someone else who can help me?this is very time sensative." What does she do?? TRANSER ME TO SAID CASE WORKER. I JUST SAID SHE NEVER ANSWERS. GET ME SOMEONE ELSE."

"Took my taxes down there to get them done the day before cutoff any was assured that this was fine only to be told that they weren't taking anymore and I was pretty much S.O.L. just felt like they really couldn't care less and with gas being over 4 dollars a gallon a wastes trip does not make me happy."
