"This has been one of the most scenic parks I’ve been to. It’s just a skip down the road from Canada. I felt like it’s one of the closest views you could compare to heaven."
"This area was beautiful. Not to mention the history of this area"
"I enjoyed the footpath through the woods. It's a beautiful pocket of mixed forest dominated by white pine, and with significant populations of beech, maple, white birch, hemlock, white cedar, balsam fir, red oak, white oak, white spruce, black cherry. There's also a grove of red pine near the trailhead, a few yellow birch, some small elm trees, and of course willows and alders by the riverside. Between the windfall and snow there are few stretches where it's a bit tricky to find the path. There are a few plank bridges over wet parts, which when partially obscured with snow offer the risk of getting a soaker. Be sure to look up as you hike - there are a few widowmakers suspended above the trail. Is anyone familiar with the rusty coloured fungus that grows on the bark of the white pines here?"
"Wilson Hill Wildlife Management it's a beautiful place. They opened fishing in that area for a few days and it was wonderful the area is full of largemouth bass and big ones. Everybody that went seem to really enjoy themselves."
