"Horrendous experience. Told me I’d have to wait hours despite having an appointment. So I went to the Monro in the next town over after explaining what I needed. After having my truck for an hour they told me they couldn’t even do the alignment. Absolute joke!"

"The staff here is very nice, however I have tried about 3-4 times (no exaggeration) to get a NYS inspection and their machine has been down, they had been short staffed 2x, etc. I really like the feature that allows online scheduling; however it doesn't help if they can't provide the service. Ended up going to Barstows in Potsdam instead. They were able to get me an appointment the next business day."
