"Went in this morning to get Cigarettes, woman behind counter couldn’t hear me so i spoke louder. Other female employee heard me and instead of helping told me to stop yelling at her employees. I apologized three times and woman tell me she refusing me service. I asked to speak to manager and was told he just left. Employees are very unprofessional and need to be retrained in customer service!!!!"
"The manager here was extremely rude and called the cops when I tried to purchase cigars with a valid NY drivers license and passport, and he still refused even after the cops came and verified everything was legitimate. Go to the 7-Eleven right down the road on Mill, the workers there are much nicer and actually competent."
