Welcome to Oceanbleu Beach, located at 239 Dune Road, Westhampton Beach, New York 11978. Nestled along the picturesque shores of Westhampton Beach, Oceanbleu Beach offers a unique and vibrant coastal experience for visitors of all ages.

This summer, Oceanbleu Beach is thrilled to host the Village of Westhampton Beach Junior Lifeguard Clinic 2023. This 4-day course, designed for aspiring lifeguards aged 11-16, provides an exciting opportunity to learn about ocean water safety and rescue techniques in a supportive and engaging environment. Under the guidance of our certified lifeguards, junior participants will engage in hands-on instructional and water activities aligned with New York State Ocean lifeguard requirements.

Throughout the course, junior lifeguards will explore topics such as ocean awareness, age-appropriate water rescue techniques, team building, and participate in friendly competitions. The highlight of the program is the intra-squad Village Junior Lifeguard tournament, where participants can showcase their skills and teamwork.

Please note that this course is not designed to teach swimming. Participants must be confident ocean swimmers and demonstrate a positive attitude. An initial evaluation will be conducted on the first day to assess swimming abilities.

Parents are welcome to park in the lot without a sticker during the class days, which run from 8 AM to 12 PM. The course is scheduled for Monday-Thursday, July 31 to August 3, with a rain date on Friday, August 4. The cost for the four classes is $85, which includes a t-shirt and participation in the tournament day.
