"Im not one to write reviews but my experience at Hampton Oil Change was nothing short of a nightmare. I brought my Jeep Wrangler in for a quick oil change and quickly realized it was a mistake. Aside from the manager being extremely rude, arrogant, and pre occupied, the service I received was poor. I drove away, 45 minutes later, with a check engine light on (was not on prior to visit). Upon returning to Manhattan, my transmission started slipping. My auto shop in Manhattan asked if I had checked the transmission fluid lately and I stated I just had my oil changed at Hampton Oil Change and it should be full (according to my receipt, as it stated topped of transmission fluid). My mechanic checked the transmission fluid and it was bone dry, the transmission would have failed if I would have driven my wrangler any further than I already had. I cannot warn you enough about this place, they are rude/arrogant mechanics, do not care about their customers or their vehicles and will only cause problems with your vehicle. Stay away!"
