"Metro Southampton - The absolute BEST within at least 100 miles! I'm not just saying that... I've had to move all over Long Island & NYS for work. I had literally tried EVERY storage facility the Hamptons had to offer before I found Metro in Southampton. If I had found it sooner, I wld have... -SAVED SO MUCH MONEY TIME & WORRY!!! Metro in Southampton costs way less and provides SO MUCH MORE! The proprietors, Jane & Michael are so nice & down to earth & normal! (tht seems so rare). They are completely approachable & available, professional, knowledgeable. No fuss, no muss! Honestly, always a pleasent experience. The facility is super clean & secure. The location is really, really convenient, even in the crazy summer months, you can get in & out in a flash. The location is in an almost residential area, it's so safe, it provides so much peace of mind. Listen, I rly don't do reviews often, but using Metro in Southampton was such an enormous UPGRADE to any other facility out here, that I had to say something!"

I have used metal storage in the past and they may remember me like 10 years ago, so I am very pleased. "Great location! Easy access. Jane D., who manages this facility, is incredible! She is literally the reason I keep renting here. I’ve been renting here for nearly 8 years storing items for my shop and selling online. Right from the start, Jane was professional, helpful and friendly. She keeps the facility looking great, trolleys always to hand, and just always available to share helpful advice or just have a chat to catch up. People make the business, and in this case, Jane is everything to this facility! I left off a star because Metro raises rent way too frequently. It feels like every few months at exponential rates, which is price gauging!"
