"Boyfriend and I took our car for the most expensive option of detailing, the complete detail at almost $300. Whatever vacuum they used on the ceiling loosened the fabric at the front and made the entire thing droopy. It’s incredibly noticeable. I pointed this out at the time of pick up of my vehicle as soon as I noticed it and they (the detailer who did the work) allegedly called their manager (who wasn’t there) for assistance on how to resolve the issue. They told us that the manager would reach out to someone who could fix the problem for us, free of charge for the inconvenience. It’s been weeks at this point since the service and no one’s called us to fix this issue. On two separate occasions, myself and my boyfriend revisited the car wash to figure out when we’d be contacted to have the issue fixed. The woman at the register acted like she had no clue who we were or what we were talking about, despite having our information on a post-it note. Do yourself a favor and just don’t bring your car to be detailed here. Now we have an inner ceiling to fix, no thanks to them."

"Have been using Mr. Suds frequently over the last 3 years and never had a problem until today. Brought in my 2024 Pathfinder that was purchased not even a month ago and noticed large scratches all across the touch screen. After speaking with the gentleman who detailed the interior, he directed me to someone else who then put me on the phone with someone else (assuming a manager or owner maybe) and was given the run around. “His guys have many years experience” “They use soft cloths” “The scratches must have been there already” I’m the first to understand that mistakes/accidents happen, but these scratches are deep and this car is brand new. It’s just unacceptable. Nothing was offered to rectify the situation, no apology. I won’t be back."

"Living in NYC and being used to rush-paced car washes in queens and manhattan, my first visit to this car wash was mind blowing. They take their time and make sure your car is fully serviced. I treat my vehicles as my babies, and this car wash has cared for them just as I would. The manager Wilson is more than a professional in the field, but a great host during the time I spend there. The guys washing the cars in the tunnel hand wash my cars and delicately make sure every part of my car is clean, once that is done, the other group on the outside meticulously take care of the inside of the car and make sure my babies come out as the first day I drove them off the dealer. I recommend the works monthly package, as the seasons change, every day is a new type of dust flying out there and I do not let my babies return to my garage dirty. Overall, Mr Sud’s and the staff are the best! If you care for your car the way I do, visit this Carwash, you will love the outcome."

"Where do I begin, first and foremost I spent 2 hours waiting, from 9:30am to 11:30am. I was extremely patient which is why I didn’t leave, not to mention I paid $70. Then after waiting 2 hours, because they didn’t dry the car on time, I was left with water marks. I will not be going back."

"I went to Mr suds to get the VIP exterior wash with the monthly pass. Which is supposed to be their top level exterior wash. As soon as I saw the results I got on the phone with management to get a full refund and cancel my subscription. I’m 41 years old and have been to numerous car washes over the years. In my 41 years of life I have never experienced an awful car wash like this one. There were parts of the car that were not even touched before or after it went into the tunnel including the wheels as you can see in the photos. In the photo that shows the door, you can see all of the dirt left behind in the lower left-hand corner. The parts that they did get with the wash mit had streaks of dirt on it. This clearly indicates that they were using dirty wash mits and or water. When the car came out of the tunnel and I complained, the guy told me the car isn’t done yet. That is a bunch of nonsense, because when the car comes out of the tunnel it’s supposed to be spotless. There was so much dirt left on the car I didn’t even let them towel dry it because if I did, they would have been rubbing dirt all over the paint. Doing this would have left numerous scratches all over my car. Had I not been on top of these guys and noticed all the dirt and let them tow dry it I would’ve been left with a lot of damage to my paint. I strongly suggest you find someplace else to go, but if you do decide to go to Mr suds car wash, you need to stay on top of them. I’ve seen better results at a middle school car wash"
