"I used their service pre-covid and was very satisfied with the detailing work they performed on my 2011 Toyota Avalon. Last week I decided it was time to have my 2 cars (2011 Toyota Avalon and 2019 Toyota Highlander) detailed and called and made an appointment. John and Ethan made the process super easy. Requested full detailing on both cars. Dropped off the Avalon in the afternoon; they worked on it the next day and in the late afternoon I picked it up and dropped off the Highlander. The Avalon looked spectacular for a 12 year old car; it had a luxury limousine look inside and out. No extra charges; the price was as originally quoted and they even were able to repair the fabric headliner over the rear window at no extra charge. Did the same routine with the Highlander, and picked it up 2 days later. Honestly, it looked nicer than when I initially picked it up from the dealer 4 years ago. John and Ethan are pros at their handicraft and provided me with a hassle free and a uniquely satisfying experience. I highly recommend them."

"I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I genuinely could not have had a better experience. John's customer service is truly outstanding. He worked around my very busy work schedule to fit my car in. I told him I was selling my car and they truly went above and beyond, they even cleaned my engine. I had a tiny rust mark right outside of my wheel well that has been bothering me for a few months now (my car is a 2013) and they not only got the rust stain off, he touched up the point it originated. I had several scuffs and marks on my front bumper and it's like they just replaced it. I'm truly shocked as to how amazing the exterior looks (especially because I drove across the country three times). The headlights that were once scratched up and foggy, look brand new and made my drive home tonight a million times better! I didn't realize how bad they had actually become until they fixed them! Additionally, to make things more difficult for them- My golden retriever recently turned 1 year old (so she went through her puppy and summer shedding phases) and it honestly looks like she never stepped foot in my car. Their prices truly do not reflect their customer service skills, extreme professionalism, or the effort they put into detailing. I was reluctant to spend that much initially because I'm selling my car, but I would have spent far more had I known it would shave off actual YEARS of use like it did. I will never go anywhere else to get my car detailed and I can't wait to go back with my new car in a few months!"

"My mom brought her car here after an extreme top soil mishap inside, and was in desperate need of a detail. We keep our cars clean at all times, so when said mishap occurred, it was almost as if the world ended. She made an appointment for when she'd be visiting NY, and Ethan was extremely accommodating! He did an AMAZING job on her car. It looked brand new! A regular car wash won't pay as much attention and won't take care of your car like Ethan does. His pricing is also very fair and reasonable. "I called a few other detailing shops before deciding on Magic Auto.  I was first interested because their pricing was very fair.  I had spoken to a few other places who were asking way too much and touted their skills and experience but I soon realized they were going to put my car through the same process as every other car.  After speaking with Ethan and John I was able to see they are students of the craft and are open to learning about new products, and took the time to understand my concerns.  Since my car is older we wanted to make it shine while removing as little clearcoat as possible.   The headlights were also yellowing, so I asked them to use a specific process to properly restore them and prolong this from happening again.  I also had my own products I asked them to use, which we discussed and came to an agreement on how to proceed.  I am a very demanding customer, and I like to understand many details of how I am spending my hard earned cash to which John & Ethan were very accommodating.  Overall the car came out great, and I love driving it even more.  I plan to bring my other Mercedes along with my wifes Honda Pilot to get the paint polished and protected for the winter.  These guys treat your car as if their own and I would highly recommend them to anyone."
