"The breaks went out on our moving truck & Marquis not only attempted to repair the issue with the breaks he offered to help us with the remaining items in the moving truck!He went way beyond what was necessary to get us back on the road. Did I mention it was over 90° & he's laying under a hot truckwith smoking brakes!?! Outstanding customer service and all around a great mechanic shop. "I was picking up a truck from Penske in West Babylon, NY and the unit needed service and Chuck arrived at the appointed time and performed services which included new batteries for the unit I was relocating. He went above and beyond the call also by providing a battery jump to the unit that was parked in front of mine which he did not have to do‼️ He also did a brake adjustment on my unit when as I was pulling out, one of the brakes was locked. I highly recommend Chuck’s company if you are in need of any type of service and he is very personable and a pleasure to talk with‼️‼️"
