"the place was dirty, office was in poor condition. I asked about headlight brightening that was on a sign in the lobby and was told they didn't do that service. i asked why the sign was there and got a silly response from the kid manager. watched the service tech wipe the oil dipstick on his pants between his legs. thought that was poor. overall seemed like kids running the place without management. the good is they got me in and out quickly, reset the oil change timer and gave me a sticker for my window. was blown away with the $150 charge, but that's my fault, I should have asked first."
"They didn't have the air filter for my engine and told me that my current air filter is good, when I know it was not! The air filter for the cabin cost $30 at the auto store, but they charged me $70. They didn't want to do more than the minimum to get me out. They were not rude, but they really needed lots more training. The oil change was very overpriced, but the lack of knowledge and training was worse! Good Kids, Bad Service"

"The mechanics were very friendly. The man filled out all my information for me which was great and he was kind. I got to stay in my car where I was warm when they changed my wipers. I'm sorry I don't have names. He also got a coupon for me. I have come here before, always have had a good experience."
