I spoke with an incredibly rude parts guy named Nick, about a company vehicle that needed an easy fix and they refused to help, just needed to replace the battery in a key fob because but he wasnt going to do it because "its not worth my time". This is disgusting behavior and absurd customer service. I reported him to the fleet agency as well. He's definitely going to regret that decision. They run an elementary style business there, don't ever go there."

"I am posting this on behalf of my father...He had placed a cash deposit of $500 on a 2014 Corvette with a sales person who apparently was a "mark of excellence award winner". My father had intended to increase the deposit shortly after, but instead received a call that the car was sold accidentally by another salesperson. In the paraphrased words of Jerry Seinfeld: Car Sales Agent : We have your $500 deposit for the reservation, but seem to have just sold the Corvette. Jerry : But the $500 deposit keeps the car here. That's why you have the deposit. Sales Car Agent : I think I know why we have deposits. Jerry : I don't think you do. You see, you know how to *take* the deposit, you just don't know how to *hold* the reservation it's for. And that's really the most important part of the deposit reservation: the holding. Anybody can just take them."
