"I have dealt with Smithtown Nissan for a many years. They have been bought out several times in the last few years. I continue to be a valid customer. I have leased with Nissan since 2013 continuously. Jim has always tried to be helpful. Today I went in as I was scheduled yesterda for a 11:AM apt as my passenger side front floor is soaken wet and has been for a few weeks. I had AC and Heater work done on this vehicle since I got it. 2022 Murano it is. I explained yesterday that I have no help with transportation and I need to wait for car or a ride. I found out today that they will give me a ride one way but wouldn't pick me up later on to get my vehicle. They woman yesterday said sure no problem and Andy said he cannot do that for me. I live less than a mile from there. I had to leave and now must figure out another plan to get this fixed. I understand new staff answered the phone, but if they did not share the correct information, I should most definitely be accommodated. Terrible treatment."

"Have a lease with Smithtown Nissan, woke up at 4am for work. Battery problem car didn't start. Called Smithtown Nissan service, spoke to Andy and explained my situation. He said no prob, bring it in when You get a chance. Approximately an hour later he CALLED ME BACK, Just to check in,and told me no worries they'll take care of it. Got to the shop,Andy took all my info, the work needed was done,and off I went. The professionalism Andy and the staff were Awesome!! Thank You Andy for going Above and beyond for me. Much appreciated!!!"

"They lie. They cancelled our warranty WITHOUT our consent! We purchased 2 cars and added the rim and tire plan. From day 1 it was an issue. Then we had to wait to get them resurfaced. So we waited and we hit a pothole so this was the perfect time, we thought. Not only did no one know what to tell us but when they came up with an answer it was a lie. They said the warranty company cancelled it but the warranty has proof Nissan did. We went to Mavis and had them fix it all, plus a few other things, for $100 less. YES it should have been $0 and covered. Our first experience was when they tried to fix our automatic shift handle. Pitched us a price of $185 just before this issue with the tires and rims. I purchased the part for $2 and 30 seconds later it was fixed. So go to 112 Nissan, we bought a car there and treated us like family. They even upgraded our car for free since the color was not in stock in that model. Take the trip, trust me. The name is Lewis, so don’t expect us there ever again!"

I was so worried about my inspection and Aaron took care of everything. He drove my car up front for me when everything was completed . Which I loved."
