I asked him multiple times when my car would be arriving, but he refused to acknowledge and kept saying “hold on”, while smiling to the other customers and proceeding to serve those behind me. I later had to ask to speak to a manager before he would acknowledge my existence. A terrible experience and I will never park here again."
