"They BROKE my new sunglasses. I parked, went to an appointment, came back, paid, then got in my car. When I went to put on my sunglasses, one of the legs was broken and fell off completely shortly after. I talked to the garage attendant and asked what had happened. He said it wasn't his fault and I had no PROOF that he broke them, even though there were cameras. I contacted Icon corporate, and after a long back and forth, they said it was my fault, and that I should have taken ALL items of value when I left. According to them, it was my own "lack of responsibility" that lead to this problem. In other words, anything in your car when you park with Icon could be damaged, broken, or even stolen, and they'd blame you for it."

"Very friendly staff but inefficient and too many elevator issues, calling hours in advance can still lead to waiting up to several hours for your car to arrive. It is a very high monthly cost for the coin-toss of having access to your vehicle when you need it. Update: Been parking here for a few years now, another gripe I have associated with the high monthly cost is that they have damaged my car twice now. While they own up to it and admit fault both times, getting reimbursed for the cost of repairs can take over a month If you don't live nearby, I recommend parking somewhere else."

"These people display no regard for other people's property and time. Multiple times I had to wait over 15 minutes to get my car and that was with prior notification. Worst of all, my brand new car was damaged, which I don't understand how that's possible, the entire space is huge. They claim that it doesn't happen often but I've seen it personally how these valets park customers vehicles, back it into a wall, scrape the quarter panels etc. and act like nothing happened. It really worries me because I park my car here monthly. My advice, walk around your car every time before you leave. Update: After almost a year at this garage, I have to say my first initial review was made prematurely. I've given them the benefit of the doubt and so far no issues as of yet after the first incident where my car got damaged. Gratefully, they took full responsibility of the damage and my car was repaired. The manager Luis is a pleasure to talk to and work with. This garage is miles better than any of the other garages I've used. Best of all the location is convenient and within walking distance from my house. The entrance is enormous and the experience/service that the staff has provided me so far for the most part is good."
