"My wife and I used this parking garage twice in the last week, with our newborn in tow. Both times were weekdays, around noontime. The first time was great. They took the car promptly and it was waiting for us when we returned. The next day, however, when we returned to pick up the car, we had to wait 45 minutes while they moved around cars to get to ours. (Note: we had our car in the garage for less than 2 hours) There were three other people who were in the same situation. It was obvious to all that the staff had tried to jam pack too many cars in too small an area. Once you see how the garage is constructed, you will realize that this is not likely an isolated incident. Takeaway: Use this place if you don't have a busy schedule."
