"This place treated me horribly and tried to scam me. An attendant let me into the garage and told me to speak with the valet person about pricing. I did just that, he said it would be $27 for 2 hours, he took my phone number, and I received a link for pickup. When I went back, they brought me my car and then I tried to drive out but the machine asked me for a ticket, which no one ever gave to me to begin with. The link I was texted did not count as a ticket. I explained to the valet person that I didn’t have a ticket and he told me I must have lost it and would have to pay a $30 lost ticket fee in addition to paying for the parking itself. Obviously I argued with him because no one ever told me to get a ticket and the gate was open when I drove in. He insisted that I must have gotten a ticket or reserved in advance, and said he wouldn’t let me out until I paid for both the parking and the additional lost ticket fee. Long story short, I had to call the police in order for the garage to let me out. I paid for the parking of course but not the insane additional fee."

"Horrible experience! We parked our car for 8 hours for which we have paid like 58$, we were overly charged 27$ for a 4 minute delay, even when we have requested the pickup 5 minutes before the scheduled return."

"I booked this parking place through an app; I was nervous when I read all the negative reviews I found here, but for me it was an excellent experience! As long as you keep the time that you book for, the charges are the ones that the app says. The only reason I'm not giving a 5-star review, is because I was annoyed that I had to pay an extra fee because my SUV was considered an "oversized" vehicle, but I knew about this beforehand and I still chose to book it, at the end of the day it's NYC and space is a big deal. Great valet parking service though!"

"SCAMMERS!!!! Stay away. Hotel World Trade recommend this place for a parking garage that works with the hotel. We payed for 1 night and then needed to extend. Someone told us over the phone we can pay online and get our car the following day. ( we payed for 48 hours) when we went to get our car they said we needed to pay another full day because we can’t extend online. We had a long 6 hour trip ahead of us and they had no sympathy for us getting home on time. Horrible people. They treat the cars badly. Terrible management!!! Stay away"
