"Beware of thieving at this garage (240 East Broadway). I lost two rings - total value of $30k . July 24, 2024, on route to the parking garage, I took my rings off my hands, put them on my lap, lotioned my hands and forgot about them. Once arrived at the garage, we turned the key and car to an attendant for valet parking as instructed, and walked away. Later, while on the street, I realized I didn't have the rings. We rushed back to the garage but couldn't find the rings in the car, or the garage. We checked with the attendants and asked about cameras, to no avail. I believe the rings fell from my lap to the car floor and someone stole them from there."

"DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! I park here frequently, but yesterday I had $300 STOLEN from my car that was left in a very secure place. It was defiantly stolen by one of the workers. I will not be parking here any longer!!"

"Didn't have too many issues parking here except that it took 5 tries to validate my spot hero pass. It's also difficult to get out of the area. The street is a busy street so except to wait an extended amount of time to get out of the area due to traffic."

"One of the best run parking garages I've parked at. Drop off was quick & efficient. Adequate staffing so it never felt chaotic even when busy. They didn't mess up my seat or mirrors. Well done."

"If a customer is parking overnight and leaving early while a snow storm has been announced. Is very unproductive to park the car outside and have to clean it just after a couple of hours of being parked. They sent the oldest employed to the job so you ended up cleaning th car your self. I tried to explained this to an employee and he didn't care anything I had to say and told don't come here if you don't like it. I bet you I won't."
