"This is the worst garage. I have seen attendants crash cars when parking. One attendant in particular is very nasty. Impossible to reach customer service"

"Truly awful. First, they raised their prices in my first month of service. Second, the lot is NEVER open at night. The gate is shut around 10pm (maybe sooner), and good luck getting someone on the phone. Lastly, when you want your car it's an absolute roll of the dice. You have to text an hour in advance (it doesn't take an hour to valet the car), and even then they may not have your car ready. I arrived today asking where my car was, and the guy at the counter was clueless and it devolved into a shouting contest. They don't care that you've got somewhere to be, they don't care that you're paying insane prices, they just want their easy gig where they can pretend to work when in actuality they're sleeping. Also, these canned replies from the organization are clearly set-dressing to give potential customers some impression of professionalism. As another reviewer mentioned. It's just lip service. Your best bet is to pay one of the guys on the side to keep the car extra close."

"If I could give this place a negative 5 stars that’s what I would do. Horrible customer service, the guy actually cussed me out in whatever language he spoke. He told me I had to come pick up my car an hour earlier than the end of my reservation time (which was midnight) because he was going to go home. Meanwhile the posted hours on the SpotHero as well as at the location says it’s open until midnight! Can you say bait and switch? And then, even though I paid ahead of time, he told me he wouldn’t take my car. Disgusting behavior. Who does that??"

"I do not ever write reviews and tend to go experience things for myself before passing judgment, but this is one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a parking garage. I had made a reservation with SpotHero from 7:30PM to 7:30 AM. The parking attendant was very rude from the moment we got in and asked if my partner had issues with his hearing because we could barely understand him as he barely spoke english and was covering his mouth with his mask. I attempted to diffuse the situation as best as possible by working with the attendant with the reservation and showing him the times we had the reservation for. The attendant never stated we had to be back by 12AM as that is when it would be closed after I said to him multiple times this is when the reservation was for. We then had a situation that was completely our fault and an accident regarding the key fob, and was called after 20 mins that we had to come back...not from the attendant... from a customer who was there who called a family member and I. This person texted saying we will be towed. A complete stranger/customer had my number and was calling us because this attendant could not communicate with us. The obvious cherry on top was us returning later than 12AM due to thinking it was 24 hours and being locked out till the following morning to get my car. When I returned in the morning at 6:05AM when it opened, the attendant was there with the gate locked moving cars asking what I needed help with as if it should have not have been opened. As I was preparing to leave he said I had to move since he wanted the gate closed again. Overall the customer service is terrible, the communication is terrible, and the attitudes were terrible. Please avoid this garage if you can at all costs!! Not worth the stress and headache. Also, do not bother calling the number listed on the sign as it is not in service, so you will not be able to speak with anyone."

"DO NOT USE!!! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL WITH BAD WORK ETHICS!! I Booked a reservation on 31 December from 1230pm to 1030pm. Arrived at 1000pm, and my car was pulled up inside to the locked gate. The garage closes at midnight. No attendant was present when we arrived at 1000pm. Called the number posted if no attendant is available, and the number was not in service. Ringed the bell and no one came. We were stuck on the train ringing in the new year with strangers because the attendant was selfish and closed the garage early probably to spend time with his family and apparently it's not important for us to be with our family for New Years. All he had to do was let us know when we parked that he was going to close the garage early but he failed to do so. Update. So I went to pick up my car on 1 January and a different attendant had the nerve to tell me that I owed $20 after explaining the events of the day before and his unprofessional co-worker's behavior and showed him time stamped photos and my call log. Keep in mind the parking was already paid for the day before. So not only did this location ruin my 2022 New Year's Eve and ringing in the new year with my family at home but another unprofessional attendant tried to charge me extra because his co-worker from the day before chose to close the garage 2 hours early without any warning to us. When I asked for the manager he said he was (I doubt, unless he doesn't have any business sense and enjoys losing customers). Tried to reason with him a bit more but he didn't want to hear. Then another customer walked in with his friend and I told them the story and the attendant walked away to get my car. These employees need to be trained in customer service, how to be professional and how to actually work until closing. I called on the morning when I went to pick up the car and asked what time the garage will close on 1 January and the attendant said 1130, posted hours is closing at midnight. This location should not advertise services they do not provide. God help them!"
