"I parked here on a rainy day, the staff the audacity to open my windows and park my car. I saw my windows were open, and yelled at the staff asking why were my windows open when I didn't leave them open let alone the garage has rain entering into the garage. When I picked up my car this is the second time the staff stalled my car by leaving it in gear instead of putting the car in neutral with the e-brake up. I asked the staff before leaving my car can they drive a manual car. I will never park here again with the audacity of stupidity here."

"Parked here today entered at 1:55 pm and was out at 2:25pm Total was $58. I have a mid size SUV and never get charged the extra fee. Next time I'll take the chance and park it on the street. The slope to get into the garage is a hazard. They also charge $1 for using a credit card."
